Hi

How do I check my result once I have uploaded it? I thought I had uploaded a result successfully but am not too sure, as I previewed it then could not return to the load page to save it. Is there a link like 'My Results' somewhere? Apologies if I am missing the obvious here. Thanks, Amanda

Hi Amanda,

Apologies for the delay in response.

If you look on your profile page, there should be a list of records of your activities. Is the result noted there? If not, then it possibly didn't save.

Just a quick note to say that we are looking to provide a daily digest to notificastions so therer may be some disturbances in service

Hi,

I've been trying to upload my latest survey for over a week now, but it's not appearing on the Freshwater Watch map. The record is saved in my profile, together with previous surveys which have been successfully uploaded.

Can you assist please?

Hi Ashley - the map had reached the limit of points that it could show - we have increased this so you should be able to see it now

I've tried to open the CSL Support Pack however, I am getting an error message and I can't open the file.  I'm looking to do a presentation in the next few weeks and I believe the pack will help.

Hi Alexandra - this sometimes gets blocked (particularily at work)...can you try on an alternative computer and if you are still having trouble I can email you the info

Have not been able to set up and log into the app on iphone or ipad. Have been through reset password process several times but get 'Incorrect Username or Password' every time.

Hi

I have just tried to upload two records via website, which I have done several times bofore successfully. This time when I clicked Save I got no response or error message, the page just closed down. Looking at the list of records uploaded, these have not saved. Is there a problem at the moment?
