Your dataset indicates that this waterbody has a poor ecological status.
Elevated nitrate and phosphate concentrations indicate high nutrient loading from the surrounding catchment, creating conditions of eutrophication.
High phosphate concentrations may also indicate a local pollution source (e.g. wastewater outlet, industrial emission or an agricultural runoff).
Have you identified any such activities?  It would be very helpful if you could add this information by editing your data record to include this observation.

Notes:
This sample was taken on a stretch of The Chess known as the lake. I understand that it was created as a diversion from the main Chess channel for the original Estate House, Loudwater House which is directly next door to the sample site. The same was taken in the somewhat reedy edge of the water - I couldn't get further in because of a fence. It is a short way downstream from the other Loudwater sample in The River Chess. This 'lake' was originally very deep but it now quite shallow with silt. However, there is quite a flow running through it.
