The site is on the west bank of the River Roding, close to the Bridge where it says Roding Valley Park on the map. The post code is an Ilford one but it's not actually in the town of Ilford. The nearest street is Roding Lane South which has an IG4 postcode. It may be confusing because Ilford is in the London Borough of Redbridge but its postal address is Essex.
