Notes: 
Water level very low. Recording site located between an allotment and a disused Soot supplier which is now the Streamside Horticultural Association. I sampled not far from the road where the brook passes under. Disused iron staircase leading to the allotment. The stream is completely covered with overhanging vegetation, water is clear and little turbulence. There were several large slabs and stones in the stream which created some turbulence. Evidence of rubbish in the stream but mostly on the bank itself.
