In our Area, we do collective morning meetings every quarter. It is really an opportunity to talk about business in a wider persepctives, going far beyond the branch boundaries. Thanks to the availbility of our Area Director as well as our Regional Director, I was able to introduce the Water Programme and FreshWater Watch to a wider audience.
I introduced the programme, explained how a CSL training day works and what additional skills we can bring back to our branches.
Together with me, two other fantastc colleagues, talked about other causes they are passionate about, and how the company supported them. It was something different and new to most of the attendees, anyway.
We have got very positive feedback, both from the managers and from peers, who where very happy to see passionate people and see that the company is helping them fulfilling their hope, dreams and ambitions in slightly different fields, while positively impacting our local communities as well.
